Design Development and Permitting Management
- Prepare a Project Objectives Evaluation Report.
- Determine your facility needs and budget, so that you build the right building at the right price.
- Prepare you for your manufacture's design intent meeting.
- Help you to procure qualified design professionals to design your facility improvements.
- Manage the design process through our proven processes which eliminate errors and omissions and obtains the necessary manufacturer approvals.
- Guide the permitting process through approvals by all the local authorities having jurisdiction on your project.
Construction Management
- Bring in contractors at the correct times during the design process to optimize the design and tune the project to your budget.
- Help you bid multiple contractors or negotiate bid with one qualified contractor. We manage all project types including design-build, design-bid-build.
- Review and approve all pay applications, submittals, change requests and other project paperwork. Our construction management processes reduce project expense and minimize change orders.
- Submit draw requests and work with lenders to ensure all pay applications are paid in a timely manner.
- Perform monthly project on site meetings and project update conference calls.
- Coordinate general contractor with other owner vendors to ensure all pieces of your facility are installed in a coordinated effort.
- Closeout project by performing final quality inspections, ensuring all final occupancy permits are obtained and delivering all closeout documentation.
FF&E Management
- Manage furniture, shop equipment, manufacturer required fixtures, and graphics selection, procurement, and installation
- Coordinate FF&E vendors throughout the design and construction process to ensure their systems' requirements are included in the plans, and properly constructed into the facility.
